Questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. The app works without one. An account backs your collection up to the cloud, costs nothing, and asks for a code sent to your email instead of a password.
What does Premium unlock?
Unlimited identifications. You keep your collection, your reminders, pet safety, export and cloud backup at no cost.
How accurate is the identification?
It depends on your photo, and the app shows you its confidence rather than a verdict. You get the match percentage, the runner-up species, an explicit "not sure" state, and one tap to correct it.
Where does the pet safety data come from?
We read the ASPCA toxic and non-toxic plant lists for cats and dogs. When a species is missing from those lists, Vivaz tells you the safety has not been checked.
Does it work offline?
You can browse your collection, your reminders and every plant page offline. Identifying a new plant needs a connection.
